The collaboration with Sideshow, the iconic brand for collectors of action figures and pop culture merchandise, began in 2022.
Sideshow used the iAdvize conversational platform to enrich its digital customer experience and optimize its customer service.
With the results (60% reduction in customer service tickets thanks to messaging), the American brand trusted Aploze by iAdvize, the iAdvize Live Commerce solution, to organize a live event.

For its anniversary, Sideshow thinks big: the brand wants to gather its customers and thank them by offering them a different, in-depth shopping experience with exclusivities. Sideshow wants to take advantage of this anniversary to increase its sales.

The brand is looking for a sales animation solution that elevates the customer experience while supporting its marketing action plan.

We wanted to mark the occasion and introduce our customers to something new, and ultimately ‘owned’ by Sideshow. That couldn’t happen without an advanced digital experience. We were specifically looking for an experience to connect our passionate customer base to products they will love in a luxury presentation.

Sideshow relies on Aploze by iAdvize to broadcast its first live event with a sales target of $20,000.

Deploying a conversational strategy to maximize Live Shopping

In order to reach the set objective, Sideshow and Aploze by iAdvize implement a set of actions that contribute to the control of the experience from A to Z by the brand.

    Audience recruitment thanks to a personalized landing page that allows users to sign up and be alerted via SMS and Google Calendar notifications. In addition, the website visitors who exchanged live chat with Sideshow's consultants the days before the live event were informed of the appointment.

    45 minutes of show hosted by brand experts, with product focus and exclusive offers for this special day. The chat allows viewers to send more than 770 messages and ask 200 questions to the brand live. 283 additions to the basket were made during the live show.

    A replay available with the same one-click add-to-cart options to continue converting. Access to live data and performance in the platform allows the brand to easily assess its operation and refine its strategy.

This first live shopping event really won us over, and more importantly, impressed our discerning community.
